Lunch Together

LUNCH TOGETHER is part of the CREATING TRADITIONS SERIES designed to deepen connections with loved ones and transform ordinary moments into enchanting memories.

During this class, you and a family member can each create three pieces; a fruit bowl, a salad plate, and a cup.  You'll be able to use them as part of your lunch or brunch routine. Grandparents can also take part and make a lasting memory of creating something together. It's going to be a lot of fun!

We'll use slabs with provided slump molds and pinching methods to create the hand-built ceramics. These ancient pottery-making techniques involve creating forms without a pottery wheel, using hands, fingers, and simple tools.

Working with the stoneware clay is intuitive, and each one-of-a-kind piece you create will be a physical representation of the beauty found in natural imperfections. 

Glaze options will be provided, and one of our studio ceramicists will apply them for you. You can pick up your creations in 4-5 weeks. I'll email you once they are ready. 

Each purchase is valid for two people; an adult and a minor or young adult

Included:

• Ceramic clay to make three ceramic vessels.
• A set of tools you'll need during the class
• Decorating materials
• Firing for three ceramic pieces. Any extra are available at an additional charge.
• The hand-built pieces you create. 

Stoneware is food, microwave, and dishwasher safe. 

Number of potters: 4 adult spots + 4-5 minors/young adults
